Reach for Recovery is governed by a board of directors who are dedicated to providing treatment and the hope of recovery for individuals and families struggling with alcoholism and chemical dependency. WebThe REACH program is a Pay for Success project, which means that payments are made based upon hitting pre-determined outcomes. This program was launched in July of 2024 and serves adult males coming out of jail who have a high likelihood of re-offending and are diagnosed with substance use disorders.
