WebI had Cyproheptadine at the end of my list of medications to try. The idea is that it is a 5HT1A antagonist and prologned use would (hopefully) upregulate those receptors. My doctor agreed to let me try it and prescribed me 4mg three times a day. I did this for 4 weeks and a few days. I then began tapering off.
