WebStayed as a family of 3 in September in an upstairs room. Room was cleaned twice in two weeks, despite asking at reception daily. Issue also reported with plaster coming from ceiling which was never fixed. Floor and bathroom were filthy. Had to bleach the bathroom as did many other guests.
